We hope that you have loved your order, but if you are dissatisfied for any reason, we accept exchanges and returns as long as requested through the firstname.lastname@example.org email and within 5 days after the purchase.
The part (s) must be returned in perfect condition, in the original packaging and with the reason for the return.
To avoid loss, exchanges and returns must be sent by registered mail to the following address: Rua Dr. Afonso Costa, nº 15, 8500-016 Alvor.
Mail charges are the responsibility of the customer and we do not accept charges for collection.
If the return is due to a manufacturing defect or an error in the processing of the order, the postage value will be returned.
If a refund occurs, the refund will be made in the same way as the payment was made and all return conditions for the product are verified.
